1 Delivery Areas
1.1 We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
1.2 We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2 Order Processing Times
2.1 Orders typically take 3 - 5 business days to process from the date of purchase. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, product launches, promotional events, or holidays.
2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3 Delivery Time Frames
3.1 Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes an additional 2 - 3 business days.
3.2 Delivery estimates are provided at checkout; however, these are approximations and not guaranteed, as courier delays or operational issues may occur.
4 Shipping Cost
4.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4.2 Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5 Tracking
5.1 Tracking information will be provided for most orders.
5.2 If tracking is available, the tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
5.3 Please allow up to 3 - 5 working days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
6 Delivery Address
6.1 Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

incorrect or incomplete address details;

absence at the delivery address; or

uncollected parcels.
6.2 If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
6.3 For orders paid via PayPal, delivery will only be made to the delivery address confirmed by PayPal at checkout. We are unable to amend delivery addresses for PayPal orders once payment has been completed.
7 Delivery Delays
7.1 While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays may occur due to:

high-volume periods;

courier backlogs;

severe weather; and

operational disruptions beyond our control.
7.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched, however this does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8 Lost or Missing Deliveries
8.1 If your order tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact the courier directly in the first instance.
8.2 If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@obscureclo.com and we will assist you.
8.3 Please allow the courier's investigation process to be completed before refunds or replacements are issued.
9 Damaged Parcels
9.1 If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at support@obscureclo.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

order number;

photographs of the external packaging; and
-
photographs of the damaged Products.
9.2 If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@obscureclo.com and we will assist you.
9.3 Please allow the courier's investigation process to be completed before refunds or replacements are issued. We will assess each case individually and act in accordance with our obligations under UK consumer law.
