Returns & Refund Policy - Obscure

1 Returns Policy

1.1  If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and original packaging. Footwear must be returned in the original box, with no signs of wear on the sole.

1.2  If you receive a promotional free gift as part of a qualifying purchase, you must return the free gift in the event that the qualifying purchase is returned. If you fail to return the free gift with the qualifying purchase, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund. The gift must be returned in an unused, unaltered condition, in its original packaging.

2 How Do I Return My Items

2.1  Please contact us at support@obscureclo.com within 14 days of receiving your Products to request a refund. When contacting us, please include your order number, the product details, your full name, email address and delivery address. Once we have received this information, we will issue your return label along with full instructions.

2.2  The cost of returning any Products is a flat fee of £4, which will be deducted from your refund.

2.3  We will process your refund when we receive the Products.

3 Return Conditions

Returning your product because you have changed your mind

 

3.1  If you wish to return a Product, you have 14 days from receipt of the Product to return it to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products, which will be deducted from your refund. Products must be returned to us in an unused, re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags intact. Footwear must be returned in the original box. We will give you a refund for Products which are returned in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that certain products are not returnable for hygiene reasons (for example underwear, socks or swimwear if any hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken).

Returning a product because it is faulty

3.2  If you consider that any product we have supplied is faulty or mis-described, please notify us via your convenience of contact choice. We may ask you to provide photos of the product. When contacting us, please include your order number, the product details, your full name, email address and delivery address. Once we have received this information, we will issue your return label along with full instructions. You should return such Products to us in accordance with our reasonable instructions, and if the Products are faulty or mis-described we will give you a refund for such Products. Where a Product is confirmed to be faulty or mis-described, no return fee will be deducted and a full refund will be issued.

Exchanging a product

3.3  If you wish to exchange a Product for a different size or alternative item, please contact us for exchange request within 14 days from the date you receive the Product. You will need to enter your order details, name, address, date along with the product details of the desired exchange.

3.4  Products must be returned in an unused, re-saleable condition, with all orginal packaging and tags intact. Footwear must be returned in its original box. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned Product does not meet these requirements.

3.5  Once your exchange request is approved, you will be issued with a returns label. You must return the Product to us the following instructions provided. Products must be returned within 14 days of submitting your exchange request.

3.6  All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time we receive your returned Product. If the requested replacement is not available, we will process a refund instead, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

4 When Will I Receive My Refund

4.1  Once you've sent your Product back, you should receive your refund within 14 days of it reaching us. Please note, it can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven't received your refund in this timeframe, please email support@obscureclo.com so we can investigate this for you.

4.2  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. This includes card payments processed via Stripe and payments made through PayPal. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative payment methods.

4.3  Where payment was made via PayPal, refunds may take additional time to appear in your PayPal account due to PayPal’s internal processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by PayPal once a refund has been issued.

4.4  For card payments processed via Stripe, refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment. Refund timing may vary depending on your card issuer.

4.5  Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the Product is faulty or mis-described.
