Terms & Conditions of Sale

Application of these Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all orders for products sold on our website.

1 Eligibility

1.1  You must be at least 18 years old to use the site and place orders.

1.2  By using the site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm you are 18+.

1.3  If you are under 18, do not provide any personal information.

2 Products & Orders

2.1  All products are subject to availability.

2.2 We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

2.3  The true colours of our Products may vary slightly from the images displayed on your device due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or manufacturing variations. Packaging may also differ slightly.

2.4  By ordering products through our website, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

2.5  We may send you an order acknowledgement email following receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will only take place when we send you a confirmation email confirming acceptance of your order and/or dispatch of your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us, unless we notify you that we are unable to accept your order in accordance with clause 2.6 below.

2.6  If we are unable to accept your order or we are unable to supply any Products in your order (for example, where a Product is out of stock, or we are unable to obtain payment from you, or because we have identified an error in the price or description of a Product), we will inform you of this. If you have already paid for the order, we will refund you the amount paid for the order or affected Product(s) (as applicable). Except as set out in this clause, we shall have no liability to you in respect of any amendment or cancellation of an order. This includes circumstances where payment is declined, reversed, or flagged by our payment providers.

3 Pricing

3.1  The price of the products is set on our website.

3.2  Prices are shown in the relevant currency on the website.

3.3  The price of the Products excludes delivery charges. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details of our delivery charges.

3.4  Please note that all prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this website are subject to change without notice.

4 Payment

4.1  We accept payment by debit card, credit card, and PayPal. Card payments are processed securely via Stripe, and PayPal payments are processed through PayPal’s platform

4.2  Payment will be taken at the time your order is placed. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been authorised and approved.

4.3  Where a Product is available for pre-order, payment will be taken at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated.

4.4  Discount codes, promotional offers, and gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including expiry dates and exclusions.

Stripe Specific

4.5 Card payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting your payment details, you authorise Stripe to process the payment in accordance with Stripe’s terms and security procedures.

4.6 In the event of a card chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide Stripe with relevant order, delivery, and customer communication information to resolve the dispute.

4.7 We are not responsible for delays, payment failures, or transaction declines caused by Stripe’s security checks or payment authorisation processes.

Paypal Specific

4.8 Payments made via PayPal are subject to PayPal’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

4.9 For PayPal transactions, orders will only be shipped to the delivery address confirmed by PayPal at checkout. We are unable to amend delivery addresses for PayPal orders once payment has been completed.

4.10 Any disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals relating to PayPal payments may be handled directly through PayPal’s Resolution Centre. We reserve the right to provide PayPal with relevant order and delivery information to assist with dispute resolution.

4.11 PayPal may place temporary holds or conduct reviews on certain transactions. We are not responsible for delays or restrictions caused by PayPal’s internal processes.

5 Delivery

5.1  We currently ship within the UK only.

5.2  The costs of delivery, the locations we deliver to, and the estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. If you place an order for Products which are not currently in stock but which are available to pre-order, the estimated lead time for the products will be set out on the website or during the checkout process.

 

5.3  Please note all delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers are outside our control.

5.4  Where our delivery partner has attempted and failed to deliver the Products to you and you do not re-arrange delivery or collect your Products from the delivery depot where they are being held, in accordance with the instructions provided, the Products may be returned to us by the delivery partner, and we may end the contract with you. If we have to end the contract in these circumstances, we will refund the price you paid for the Products but we may deduct from the refund the delivery charges paid by you for the delivery of the Products to you, and any costs charged to us by our delivery partner for returning the Products to us.

5.5  Delivery of your order shall be complete when we deliver the Products to the address you gave to us at the time of placing your order or to a person or address identified by you to take delivery of the Products (such as a neighbour), and the Products (and the risk of loss) will be your sole responsibility from that time. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returning your product because you have changed your mind

 

6.1  If you wish to return a Product, you have 14 days from receipt of the Product to return it to us. For information on returns, please see our Returns & Refund Policy. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products, which will be deducted from your refund. Products must be returned to us in an unused, re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags intact. Footwear must be returned in the original box. We will give you a refund for Products which are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note that certain products are not returnable for hygiene reasons (for example underwear, socks or swimwear if any hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken).

Returning a product because it is faulty

6.2  If you consider that any product we have supplied is faulty or mis-described, please notify us using the contact details provided on our website. We may ask you to provide photos of the product. A returns label will be provided through the returns portal. You should return such Products to us in accordance with our reasonable instructions, and if the Products are faulty or mis-described we will give you a refund for such Products.

Exchanging a product

6.3  If you wish to exchange a Product for a different size or alternative item, you must Contact Us for exchange request within 14 days from the date you receive the Product. You will need to enter your order details, name, address, date along with the product details of the desired exchange.

6.4  Products must be returned in an unused, re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Footwear must be returned in its original box. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned Product does not meet these requirements.

6.5  Once your exhange request is approved, you will be issued with a returns label. You must return the Product to us in accordance with the instructions provided. Products must be returned within 14 days of submitting your exchange request.

6.6 All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time we receive your returned Product. If the requested replacement is not available, we will process a refund instead, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

7 Limitation of Liability

7.1  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our Products or website. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8 Governing Law

8.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
